REFUND POLICY

Refund Policy – Digital Products

This Refund Policy applies to all digital products sold by Holly Stone trading as High Energy Holz Events Fusion (“we”, “our”, or “us”).
We want you to be happy with your purchase, but because digital downloads cannot be physically returned once accessed, this policy outlines your rights and our responsibilities under UK law.

1. Digital Products and Your Right to Cancel
Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, customers are entitled to a refund if a digital product is faulty, damaged, or not as described.
However, by completing your purchase, you acknowledge that you are providing consent for immediate access to your digital download and therefore waive your 14-day right to cancel once the download or access begins.
This is required by law for instant-access digital products.

2. No Refunds Once Accessed or Downloaded
All sales are final once the product has been downloaded, accessed, or viewed.
Refunds, exchanges, or cancellations are not available after this point unless:
The file is faulty or corrupted.
The wrong file was provided.
The product was misrepresented in its description (which, for our handbook, it is not).
We clearly describe all products prior to purchase to ensure you know exactly what you’re receiving.

3. Faulty or Incorrect Files
If you experience issues accessing your file (e.g. download error, corruption, or receiving the wrong product), please contact us at highenergyholz@outlook.com within 7 days of purchase.
We will provide a working replacement file as soon as possible. If the issue cannot be resolved, a full refund will be issued in line with UK consumer protection laws.

4. Duplicate Purchases
If you accidentally purchase the same digital product more than once, please email us with proof of payment within 7 days. We’ll review the situation and, if confirmed, issue a refund or credit at our discretion.

5. Summary of Your Rights
You cannot cancel or request a refund once the digital file has been accessed or downloaded.
You are entitled to a refund if the file is faulty or incorrect.
